His anesthesiology residency (1976-1979) and his pain medicine residency (1979-1980) served at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Arbuckle attained board certification in anesthesiology and pain medicine with the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Indiana Society of Anesthesiology, the International Spine Intervention Society, and the North American Spine Society.
